Our 5th and 8th graders completed the ACRE assessment in April (Information for Growth Assessment for Children/Youth Religious Education Assessment) and we just received the results. The assessment includes questions related to both the cognitive domain (knowledge of faith) and the affective domain (beliefs, attitudes, practices, and perceptions of the faith). Results show that our students are above the national average in every category in both 5th and 8th grades! As a faculty, our teachers process the class results together to inform our religious education program at the school. The results point to the depth, value, and success of our religion program throughout the school.
