All School Mass
At Saint Michael, we cherish our Catholic identity and community spirit, which is reflected in our weekly school Mass and special liturgical celebrations. Every Friday at 9 AM, our students gather in the church to engage in Mass, reinforcing their faith and sense of belonging.

WEEKLY MASS
Each Friday, students from K through 8th grade come together to celebrate the Eucharist. Our school Mass serves as a time for reflection, worship, and unity. In a spirit of camaraderie, students sit with their "buddies," fostering relationships across grade levels. This buddy system pairs:
-
Kindergarten with 8th Grade
-
1st Grade with 4th Grade
-
2nd Grade with 7th Grade
-
3rd Grade with 6th Grade
-
PreK with 5th Grade (PreK attends Mass beginning in January and attends a couple times per month)

This arrangement encourages mentorship and friendship, allowing older students to serve as role models while younger students look up to their peers.

HOLY DAYS OF OBLIGATION
In addition to our weekly Mass, we also observe Holy Days of Obligation throughout the school year. These special liturgical events provide an opportunity for our students to deepen their faith and celebrate the rich traditions of our Catholic heritage.

ALTAR SERVING
For our students in grades 5-8, we offer the chance to participate in altar serving during parish events. This vital ministry allows students to take an active role in the liturgy, fostering a sense of responsibility and reverence for the sacraments. Altar serving not only enriches their own faith but also enhances the worship experience for the entire parish community.

BUILDING COMMUNITY THROUGH WORSHIP
Our commitment to integrating faith into our daily lives is evident in the joyful participation of our students in Mass and other liturgical celebrations. We believe that these experiences help to nurture a strong sense of community and spirituality among our students.
We invite all families to join us for our school Masses and to be a part of this beautiful tradition. Together, we grow in faith and community, supporting one another on our spiritual journeys.
