I am pleased to report that I have concluded a successful budget season for the school and we now have a balanced budget for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. As an outcome of our parish strategic plan and our P.A.C.E. (Providing Access to Catholic Education) tuition task force’s work towards fully funding school tuition by 2026, we will be taking another important step towards this goal. This current year’s tuition increased by 1.5% as compared to the previous year (historically, we have had a 3%-6% tuition increase). For the 2021-2022 school year, we are freezing the annual tuition increase and keeping tuition at the same rates as this year! Wise budget management and an increased parish grant to the school (driven by the sacrificial giving of school families) have enabled us to do this.
Through the work of P.A.C.E. and the increased stewardship through the Sunday sacrificial giving of our families, we are planning for significant tuition decreases in the coming years. This is an unprecedented move for a school, especially during these challenging times, and one rooted in our commitment to access to Catholic education and stewardship. Thank you for your faithful financial stewardship through your sacrificial giving in enabling us to take this important step for next year!
Blessings,
Connor Geraghty
